- Title: Paralegal/Legal Services Specialist

- Work Schedule: 5 days onsite M-F
- Job Type: 3 months contract

- Pay rate: $24-$34/hr with benefits
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manages the occurrence/potential claims reporting program, closely reviewing and monitoring occurrences/claims and trending issues.
- Responsible for coordination of interviews, proactively gathering involved documentation and ensuring secure, protected and confidential file maintenance for litigated matters.
- Responsible for notifying insurance carriers, claims TPA, physicians and attorneys when lawsuits are received.
- Coordinates document discovery, witness discovery, claims analysis, case management, and case closure.
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings and conference calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate.
- 5+ years of risk management/ legal experience
- Experience with legal terms, laws and judiciary guidelines experience with medical terminology
